Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This paper discusses a unique design and integration concept for high-quality factor (Q) monolithically-integrated 3D bandstop filters (BSFs) using quarter-spherical resonators. Monolithic integration is facilitated by: i) stereolithography apparatus (SLA) 3D printing and ii) EM design methodologies focused on the realization of a self-supported geometry. A coaxial excitation scheme is proposed to facilitate utilization in connectorized RF systems. For proof-of-concept validation purposes, two BSF prototypes were designed, manufactured, and tested. They include a two-resonator BSF configuration with center frequency (f<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">cen</inf>): 11.9 GHz, 3-dB rejection fractional bandwidth (BW): 4.5%, maximum stopband rejection: 61 dB and a four-resonator BSF with f<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">cen</inf>: 11.8 GHz, 3-dB rejection bandwidth (BW): 4%, maximum stopband rejection: 85 dB.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
