It explores the current utilization and protection of marine resources within the context of international trade, highlighting the significant environmental impacts and governance challenges that arise. The paper provides a comprehensive analysis of existing international treaties and agreements, their implementation processes, and the limitations faced by international institutions in resolving conflicts effectively. Through an in-depth examination of key international agreements such as UNCLOS, the Paris Agreement, and the Montreal Protocol, the paper identifies gaps and challenges in the current framework.
