Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi dari Bauran promosi yang diterapkan di The X Resort Bali dalam penjualan kamar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui cara wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dengan kegiatan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan mengenai implementasi bauran promosi yang diterapkan di The X Resort Bali. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan yaitu implementasi kegiatan bauran promosi di The X Resort Bali terdiri dari kegiatan advertising, direct marketing, public relation, sales promotion, dan personal selling yang pelaksanaannya lebih banyak mengarah kepada aspek digitalisasi mengikuti perkembangan teknologi yang ada. Namun pada aspek kegiatan sales promotion & personal selling. The X Resort Bali masih turut menerapkan cara promosi yang konvensional.
