Abstract
For many years, l'Association d'infirmires et infirmiers d'Urgence de Quebec and the National Emergency Nurses Affiliation have been two organizations with a similar mission, but working separately.The result has been a different and inconsistent message.I want to acknowledge Carine Sauve and Valerie Pelletier who maintained a vision over the past couple of years... a vision that has resulted in our two organizations formalizing a relationship over the next few months.
