FamiliĂĄrne jednostrannĂŠ zväÄĹĄenie prsnĂkov u predpubertĂĄlnych chlapcov pri absencii inĂ˝ch znĂĄmok puberty, rĂ˝chleho rastu alebo endokrinnĂ˝ch porĂşch je nezvyÄajnĂ˝m stavom. JednostrannĂĄ gynekomastia mĂ´Ĺže tieĹž naznaÄovaĹĽ inĂŠ zĂĄkladnĂŠ ochorenie. Na vylĂşÄenie vĹĄetkĂ˝ch potenciĂĄlnych patolĂłgiĂ je nevyhnutnĂŠ komplexnĂŠ diagnostickĂŠ vyhodnotenie. Na zabezpeÄenie optimĂĄlnej starostlivosti o detskĂ˝ch pacientov s jednostrannou gynekomastiou sa odporĂşÄa multidisciplinĂĄrny prĂstup.
