This paper presents an advanced methodology focusing on Energetic Macroscopic Representation (EMR)-based modelling for accurate characterization, validation, and simulation of lithium cells in electric urban buses. Specifically tailored to the Karsan eJest minibus, this approach includes detailed cell characterization, rigorous validation processes, and comprehensive vehicle simulations. By leveraging real-world data and EMR techniques, the objective is to establish a robust framework that integrates detailed battery modelling with system-level performance analysis for precise and future aging studies.
