Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Introduction: Obesity among military personnel has become a serious issue. This study aimed to verify the effectiveness of an obesity management program based on an information-motivation-behaviour skills model using a mobile application and social media among military personnel with obesity in the Republic of Korea. Methods: A one-group pretest-posttest design was employed to investigate the effects of the program. Thirty individuals participated in an obesity management program for 12 weeks. Body mass index, body fat percentage, and waist circumference were measured, and dietary practices, physical activity, perceived health status, and depressive symptoms were assessed using self-report questionnaires. Analysis was performed using a generalized estimating equation. Results: = 0.023) decreased over time during the program. Discussion: The program effectively improved target health behaviours and outcomes in obesity management and, therefore, could be used as a practical obesity management strategy for military personnel with obesity, regardless of time and location restrictions.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
