Abstract
This article looks at the creation of the first indoor leisure park 2.0 in France. This longitudinal study, based on semi-structured interviews, supplemented by observation and documentary analysis, describes the support and guidance given to private entrepreneurship by public officials in favor of the project. The results, presented according to the process of entrepreneurial stages, i.e. from the idea to its opening, reveal how an idea initiated by private entrepreneurs will be seen as an opportunity to add to the attractiveness of the region, and will benefit from the support of an ecosystem, including the taking of financial risks.
