Abstract
Dans cet entretien avec Olivier Duport, co-fondateur du collectif FLEE, nous abordons le travail conduit par le collectif à partir d’archives sonores représentatives de cultures musicales dites de « tradition orale ». Au-delà de la présentation du projet lui-même, l’entretien permet de mettre en évidence la démarche éditoriale mais aussi éthique et artistique qui est celle de FLEE. Olivier Duport revient sur les questionnements essentiels qui traversent le projet : comment éditer de façon critique des archives sonores patrimoniales ? Comment mettre à la disposition du plus grand nombre les traces sonores de ces cultures musicales ? Comment les restituer sur les territoires ? Comment les donner à réinterpréter à des artistes situés dans le champ des musiques électroniques, improvisées ou expérimentales ?
