Abstract
L’auteur défend l’idée que le sens n’est pas donné d’emblée, mais qu’il advient dans la cure à partir d’une ouverture sur l’informe (Winnicott), « anti-notion » pour lui essentielle, et grâce à la capacité du couple analytique de laisser l’espace nécessaire à son déploiement et à sa transformation. Il insiste sur l’importance des ratés de communication entre analysant et analyste, ratés qui suscitent chez ce dernier ce qu’il nomme à la suite de de M’Uzan un « dérangement », prélude nécessaire au changement. Il souligne combien il importe que l’analyste soit prêt à vivre ce dérangement en lui-même pour qu’il puisse éventuellement advenir chez l’analysant. À l’aide d’une vignette issue d’une supervision, l’auteur illustre ce processus, dont il met en évidence la dimension corporelle, qui prend souvent une première forme psychique à travers des signifiants formels (« ça bouge », « ça change », etc.). Il insiste enfin sur l’importance que revêt la capacité de l’analyste à « s’indifférencier » de son patient, cette indifférenciation seule permettant à certains moments cruciaux de saisir les enjeux et les visées d’une contrainte de répétition et/ou de modalités de défense à première vue mutilantes.
