Abstract
Le contexte pandémique a exacerbé les inégalités et les problèmes de santé mentale, transformant profondément le travail des intervenant·e·s communautaires et augmentant leur vulnérabilité et épuisement, malgré le rôle essentiel des organismes communautaires. Cette contribution expose une initiative montréalaise de coconstruction d’activités pour les intervenant·e·s, favorisant leur bien-être et offrant un espace de parole et de soutien. Les données indiquent une réponse positive des intervenant·e·s, soulignant la nécessité de pérenniser et d’étendre ces activités, affirmant l’importance de leur déploiement étendu pour un soutien durable.
