Abstract
Przedmiotem niniejszego artykułu będzie próba odpowiedzi na pytanie – czy konieczna jest reforma polskiego ustawodawstwa w zakresie promocji zatrudnienia i instytucji rynku pracy? Aktualnie na całym świecie zauważalne są procesy gospodarcze, które będą miały istotny wpływ na funkcjonowanie rynku pracy, w tym w Polsce. Niniejsze opracowanie ma umożliwić również czytelnikowi zaznajomienie się z koncepcją A Just Transition. W tekście porównano zagraniczne rozwiązania z polskimi przepisami prawnymi w kwestii prowadzenia aktywnej polityki pracy, promocji zatrudnienia czy też ochrony pracowników narażonych na negatywne skutki transformacji. Zgodnie z hipotezą artykułu Polska nie jest przygotowana na zachodzącezmiany wynikające z transformacji klimatycznej, cyfrowej czy demograficznej. Niniejsze ustalenia mogą ułatwić projektowanie odpowiedniej polityki rynku pracy w tym zakresie.
