Abstract
Volatile Organic Compound Sensors In article number 2402464, Michael M. Adachi and co-workers present MoS2/Te heterojunction-based volatile organic compound sensors with significantly enhanced sensitivity compared to the individual MoS2 and Te sensors. The sensor response was highest under photo-illumination and zero-bias conditions. Experimental measurements and DFT simulations suggest the sensor's potential for low-power applications, including non-invasive diagnostics, environmental monitoring, and process control in wearable or portable devices.
