Abstract
La didactique des langues avait substitué, depuis l’avènement des approches communicatives, l’objectif de « maîtrise des discours » à celui de « maîtrise de la langue ». L’évolution de la visée assignée à l’enseignement des langues implique des révisions quant aux théories linguistiques de référence à solliciter en didactique. Le recours à la linguistique du discours, discipline de référence des approches communicatives, oscille entre des exploitations à dominante applicationniste, faisant de cette linguistique un objet explicite d’apprentissage et d’autres à visée praxéologique, la convoquant comme moyen au service de l’ingénierie curriculaire. Ces deux types de références feront l’objet de notre réflexion à travers l’analyse de deux modèles de corpus : le premier correspond à des manuels scolaires tunisiens illustrant la première forme d’exploitation, le second à des documents publiés par le Conseil de l’Europe, reflétant l’apport de la linguistique du discours pour l’ingénierie des formations en langues.
