Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

On the threshold of a transformative educational era, the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH) faces challenges in the educational field, one of them is the creation of the Bachelor's Degree in Educational Management, which is a beacon of innovation and leadership. The objective is to train visionary citizens capable of navigating the complexities of the contemporary national, regional and international educational landscape. This degree is presented not only as a study program, but as an intellectual odyssey towards excellence in the management of educational institutions. Through a meticulous network of theory and practice, students will immerse themselves in the depths of educational administration, strategic planning and transformational leadership, emerging not only as managers, but as catalysts of educational change.Should be a curriculum that harmoniously balances theoretical foundations with practical application, I conceive the Bachelor of Educational Management designed to challenge, inspire and empower the next generation of educational leaders. From the critical analysis of educational policies to the development of skills in resource management, through innovation in teaching and learning methodologies, I consider that this program is proposed as a journey of personal and professional discovery of the Faculty of Humanities and Art of the UNAH. On this pilgrimage, students will not only acquire skills and knowledge essential for their professional future, but they will also face the ethical and social challenges that educational management entails in the 21st century.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
