Description• Dans l’analyse des systèmes régionaux d’innovation il y a beaucoup d’emphase sur le paysage institutionnel local (approche structurelle et cartographique) et peu de détails sur ce que ces institutions font exactement, comment elles interagissent dans différents systèmes, à quelle échelle, et à quel niveau d’inter-relation (approche interactionniste).• Au-delà des discours, beaucoup d’écosystèmes d’innovation n’en sont pas. Ce sont plutôt des accumulations de système.• Pour passer de l’un à l’autre il faut travailler sur les interactions: couplage, génération d’idées, middleground et communs, dispositifs, attractivité, résilience (Saxenian; Cohendet, Simon et complices ...)
