Abstract
Après la période de confinement, les aires ouvertes et le télétravail ont progressé. Nous avons étudié six organisations (publiques, privées et en économie sociale) au Québec et effectué des entretiens semi-dirigés (n=66) de février à octobre 2023. Nous avons observé les adaptations dans l’articulation entre le retour progressif au sein de l’aire ouverte et le télétravail à domicile, une flexibilité du temps de travail et enfin, une meilleure conciliation entre les vies personnelle et professionnelle. Cette étude permet d’actualiser des résultats concernant les aires ouvertes, avec l’expansion du télétravail, mettant ainsi en évidence que le lieu de travail s’est significativement déplacé vers le domicile des employés. Cela a engendré une nouvelle organisation horaire et spatiale des familles : la famille est donc une institution qui se voit évoluer en conséquence. Le lieu de travail mis à disposition devient quant à lui, en grande partie, un lieu de socialisation.
