Abstract
Cette recherche s’intéresse, dans une réflexion téléo-axiologique, à la manière dont des entrepreneurs issus de la diaspora ouest-africaine contribuent à une image renouvelée de l’Afrique. Notamment, nous explorons les schémas de valuation du continent par des entrepreneurs qui s’y engagent. En comparant des cas d’entrepreneurs traditionnels et sociaux dans les secteurs de la mode, nous mettons au jour une pluralité de voies de valuation plausiblement employées par les entrepreneurs dans leur projet. Cet article contribue également à comprendre la manière dont les entrepreneurs mobilisent leurs valeurs pour faire advenir une activité valorisant leur pays d’origine et encourage les praticiens à l’exercice de la réflexivité.
