IgG4-related disease is a multiorgan immune-mediated condition that mimics many malignant, infectious, and inflammatory disorders. The most frequently affected site of IgG4-related vascular disorder is the abdominal aorta, which presents as an aortic aneurysm.<sup>1</sup>
