Abstract
Cet article montre comment Patrick Bouchain, dans différentes interventions, met stratégiquement en échec le jeu d’acteurs (souvent réduit au tandem décideur politique et maître d’oeuvre) constitutif du processus de projet en architecture et urbanisme afin de favoriser la construction collective des espaces de vie. Deux pratiques au coeur de sa démarche retiennent particulièrement notre attention : les chantiers habités et les permanences architecturales.
