Abstract
The article analyzes the features of the organization of processes of interaction between the population and government bodies using the example of a number of countries with territories in the Arctic. The programs and priority areas of state regulation of public relations, as well as the specifics of resource and territorial management in the conditions of the Far North are considered. The experience of domestic and foreign authors on this topic is considered. The study is based on the study of the experience of such countries as Denmark (Greenland), Norway, Canada, the USA and Russia.
