Увеличение грузонапряженности и развитие высокоскоростного движения по сети железных дорог влечет за собой повышенный износ рельсов.На сегодняшний день рельсовые плети длиной 800 метров изготавливаются в стационарных условиях рельсосварочных предприятий электроконтактным способом сварки.Сварной стык превосходит звеньевую конструкцию и является более совершенным способом соединения рельсов, однако прочность стыка в настоящее время еще не сопоставима с прочностью основного металла рельсов.В процессе эксплуатации металл в зоне стыка деформируется, образуются трещины, приводящие к выкрашиванию головки рельсов, что приводит к более интенсивному развитию дефектов контактноусталостного характера.При прохождении подвижного состава в определенный момент нагрузка от колеса полностью сосредотачивается в зоне минимальных механических свойств по месту сплавления.Влияние угла наклона шва на прочность сварного соединения при контактной сварке недостаточно изучено.Согласно требованиям нормативной документации, сварка рельсов с косиной не допускается.Тем не менее, изменяя геометрические параметры свариваемых торцов, возможно перераспределение нагрузки в стыке и повышение его прочности.Сварка рельсов типа Р65, категории ДТ350 стали марки 76ХФ производилась на машине контактной сварки МСР-63.01Апульсирующим оплавлением в условиях АО «ЕВРАЗ ЗСМК».Исследовали влияние геометрии торцов на прочность сварного соединения при испытании на трехточечный статический изгиб.Оценили влияние геометрии торцов рельсов на изменения процесса сварки для каждого этапа по циклограмме.Зафиксировали перераспределение зоны термического влияния и линии сплавления относительно торцов с классической геометрией, построили графики изменения твердости в области шва.Косое отражение торцов повышает прочность сварного стыка в связи с уменьшением доли шва в сечении приложения нагрузки.Большие выступы увеличивают вероятность пороков сварки.
