В статье предпринимается попытка осмысления феномена семейноцентричного законодательства в современной России. Автор определяет в качестве цели нового вектора развития законодательства (семейного, социального и др.) решение демографических, ментальных и иных проблем современного государства. Формирование семейноцентричного законодательства требует разработки новой Семейной доктрины государства, на основе которой будет создаваться семейное и иное законодательство страны второй четверти XXI века. The article attempts to comprehend the phenomenon of family-centered legislation in modern Russia. The author defines as the goal of a new vector of development of legislation (family, social, etc.) the solution of demographic, mental and other problems of the modern state. The development of family-centric legislation requires the development of a new Family doctrine of the state, on the basis of which the family and other legislation of the country of the second quarter of the XXI century will be formed.
