El conflicto armado interno en Perú (1980-2000) representa uno de los episodios más trágicos de su historia, marcado por la violencia ejercida tanto por grupos subversivos como por el Estado, lo que resultó en un alto costo para la población civil, especialmente para las mujeres de estratos económicos bajos. Este análisis se centra en el poemario Las hijas del terror de Rocío Silva Santisteban, que da voz a las experiencias de mujeres víctimas de secuestros y violaciones durante este periodo. A través de una metodología interpretativa, se examina cómo el poemario no solo evoca tristeza y desesperanza, sino que utiliza la ironía y el absurdo para criticar las estructuras de poder del tipo machista, colonial y racista. Además, se aborda el concepto de “cicatriz abierta” para reflexionar sobre la resiliencia y la interconexión entre las víctimas y la sociedad. Se analizarán poemas específicos como “BavioLADA”, “¿Le tienes miedo a la sangre?”, “Lo que no me destruye me fortalece” y “Chunniqwasi” para explorar estos temas en profundidad.
