Abstract
Abundia Global Impact Group has secured property in Baytown, Texas, to build a plastics pyrolysis plant. The facility will use technology licensed from Alterra Energy, which operates a similar plant in Akron, Ohio. Orlen is halting an ethylene cracker project in Płock, Poland, because costs have ballooned from an initial estimate of $2 billion to more than $12 billion.
