Abstract
El presente trabajo es fruto de una investigación con fuentes primarias, consistentes en entrevistas orales hechas por la investigadora a descendientes de personas refugiadas de la Guerra Civil española y a jóvenes y niños que viajaron en el barco Winnipeg, desde Francia hasta Chile en agosto de 1939, después de pasar largas temporadas en campos de concentración franceses. La historia de este exilio a Chile se reconstruye en la voz de algunos hijos de estos refugiados que combatieron cuarenta años más tarde y de distintas maneras contra la dictadura de Pinochet en Chile y “volvieron a volver” a España.
