Abstract
我々はこれまでに有害赤潮藻Karenia mikimotoiのクロロフィル蛍光スペクトルのピーク波長が他種より僅かに移動していること，さらにその移動の程度を表す指標FSI（Fluorescence spectral Shift Index）を用いた有害赤潮藻の存在検知法の有効性を報告した。本研究では，新たに考案した細胞密度推定法を現場観測データに適用した結果，K. mikimotoi細胞の存在を高い真陽性率で検出判定し，推定密度と検鏡密度の対数値間に有意な正相関が観察された。
