Abstract
本稿は，ベトナム出身の技能実習経験者への質的調査をもとに，移住の構造と移民の「性と生殖に関する健康と権利（sexual and reproductive health and rights: SRHR）」の関係を明らかにする．その上で，国家と移住産業，労働市場が関与する移住の構造自体が移住女性の SRHR を剝奪し，技能実習の在留資格をもつ移住女性を非人間化／人種化すること，さらに SRHR の制度的・構造的剝奪状況が妊娠・出産関連の危険に女性と子どもをさらすことを議論する．
