Padatnya pusat Kota Denpasar terutama di jalan Veteran memiliki permasalahan parkir yang disebabkan oleh warga yang membuka usaha dipinggir jalan yang tidak memikirkan parkir yang ada. Keberadaan on street parking sangat mempengaruhi penurunan kinerja dalam ruas jalan. Hal ini karena parkir memanfaatkan badan jalan, mengurangi lebar manfaat jalan, sehingga dapat mengurangi arus lalu lintas, dan menimbulkan gangguan pada fungsi jalan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dampak aktivitas parkir pinggir jalan terhadap kinerja di ruas jalan dan mencari solusi manajemen parkir dalam upaya pengendalian parkir pinggir jalan terhadap kinerja ruas jalan di jalan Veteran.Pelaksanaan survei pada penelitian ini dilakukan di tiga waktu berbeda, yaitu hari kerja dan hari libur terdiri dari survei inventarisasi ruas jalan, survei volume lalu lintas, survei kecepatan rata-rata lalu lintas, survei hambatan samping. Perhitungan yang digunakan adalah Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) 2023.Dari hasil analisis, dilihat dari kapasitas jalan dari hari Rabu, Sabtu dan Minggu mengalami peningkatan diperhitungan yang sama yaitu dari 2684,64 smp/jam menjadi 3141,03 smp/jam. Dilihat dari kecepatan arus bebas, mengalami peningkatan pada Dengan adanya on street parking yaitu 53,89 dan Tanpa adanya On Street Parking yaitu 59,90. Dan dilihat dari derajat kejenuhan mengalami penurunan pada hari Rabu yaitu 0,82 menjadi 0,70, pada hari Sabtu dari 0,56 menjadi 0,47, dan pada hari Minggu sebesar 0,50 menjadi 0,42.
