Abstract
Among the historical source of the Ottoman Empire, the Court Records written by the kadis have an important place. An important type of document in these registers is estate recods. Tereke records are documents that Show the legacy of the deceased. In this respect, the estate records, which include the movable and immovable assets left by the deceased to their heirs,are important in terms of reflecting the social and economic situation of that period. In this study, the estate record of Bezâz El-hac İbrahim, who lived in Manastır and can be considered as a wealthy person, dated M. 21 October 1735 / H.3 Cemâzîye’l-âhîr 1148 is based on. In contrsat to the Ottoman family structure dominated by monogamy, the inheritance of İbrahim,who had two marriages, and the sharing of this inheritance werw recorded. Based on this information, information was given about the house, social life and economic situation of a family from Manastır.
