Abstract
The 20th International Congress on Infectious Diseases (20th ICID) 2024 was held from 3rd to 6th Dec 2024 at the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa. Hosted by the International Society for Infectious Diseases (ISID), the congress brought together over 1,000 infectious disease experts from more than 50 countries, to share knowledge, innovative translational science and solutions for prevention, management, and cutting edge treatments for infectious diseases with a special focus on low and middle income countries.
