Abstract
O artigo discute, criticamente, a problemática em torno da “análise” versus “avaliação” de políticas educacionais para a juventude na atuação política no contexto da prática da educação profissional tecnológica [EPT] no ensino médio nos Institutos Federais [IFs]. Nesse sentido, a pesquisa considera como os IFs, em nível nacional, têm feito a análise da política de EPT, principalmente em relação às muitas reformas na educação básica com ênfase no Ensino Médio articulado à Educação Profissional. A pesquisa aborda a problemática no contexto macro nacional e em relação às ideologias neoliberais impressas no modelo de avaliação de políticas educacionais sob critérios de governança, eficácia e eficiência. O texto analisa a política educacional em questão com fundamentação teórica em Ball, Dardot, Laval, Frigotto, Hipólito, Silva, et al. A pesquisa realiza uma análise hermenêutica da legislação normativa da política educacional e revisão bibliográfica da base teórica estudada. O estudo conclui apresentando a aproximação dos IFs às políticas neoliberais de reformas do ensino médio, bem como expõe provocações e sugestões de novas estratégias de políticas e de consideração do contexto dos efeitos.
