Penelitian ini mengkaji stabilisasi tanah lempung menggunakan campuran cangkang telur (Egg Shell Powder, ESP) dengan metode pengujian Unconfined Compressive Strength (UCT). Karakteristik fisis tanah asli menunjukkan kelemahan dalam daya dukung yang perlu ditingkatkan. Cangkang telur, dengan komposisi kimiawi yang kaya kalsium, diolah menjadi serbuk (ESP) dan dicampurkan ke dalam tanah lempung dengan variasi persentase. Pengujian pemadatan tanah menggunakan metode Standard Proctor mengungkapkan bahwa penambahan ESP meningkatkan nilai kepadatan kering maksimum (MDD) dan menurunkan kadar air optimum (OMC). Hasil pengujian UCT menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kekuatan tekan bebas tanah dengan penambahan ESP. Penambahan 8% ESP memberikan hasil optimal dengan peningkatan kekuatan tekan bebas hingga 420.08 kg/cm² pada pemeraman hari ke-21. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa ESP efektif sebagai bahan stabilisasi dapat meningkatkan sifat mekanis tanah lempung.
