In this paper, we focus on the dividend optimization problem for a corporation with a hybrid jump-diffusion process in the presence of fixed and proportional transaction costs. Under some assumptions, a verification theorem is proved to determine the optimal control problem. The optimal dividend policy and the corresponding value functions are found for any finite Markov chain. In addition, a stochastic approximation algorithm is used to estimate the optimal dividend barriers. Finally, some numerical examples are shown to illustrate our results.
