<p>Supplemental Table 2. Risk of developing a subsequent primary cancer by follow-up period. Follow-up was broken into four contiguous periods from the start of the survival, defined as six months after diagnosis of the first primary cancer, until the end of follow-up. Observed and expected number of subsequent primary cancers and the standardized incidence ratios with confidence intervals are reported according to first primary cancer site and sex. Cells based on observed subsequent primary cancers less than 10 were not reportable (NR) due to guidelines for identifiable data in the Alberta Cancer Registry.</p>
