ESGOTAMENTO PROFISSIONAL E SUAS IMPLICAÇÕES NOS PROFISSIONAIS DE ENFERMAGEM

Abstract
O esgotamento profissional ou síndrome de burnout é uma doença que acontece no âmbito de trabalho e abrange aspectos distintos da dinâmica laboral, quando associada a enfermagem tem apresentado implicações para o ambiente de trabalho e como afeta o trabalhador de enfermagem. Justifica-se pela necessidade de saber mais sobre as implicações que o esgotamento profissional tem na enfermagem. Objetivo: buscar na literatura estudos que corroboram para o crescimento do esgotamento profissional e como isso afeta os profissionais de enfermagem. Metodologia: Tratar-se de uma revisão bibliográfica da literatura, exploratória com abordagem qualitativa sobre o esgotamento profissional e suas implicações nos profissionais de enfermagem. As buscas aconteceram nas bases de dados Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE) via Pubmed, na Scientific Electronic Online (SciELO), Literatura Latino-americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), na Base de dados da Enfermagem (BEDENF) via da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) e através do portal Capes. Resultados: Encontrou-se 11 artigos que ressaltam os problemas que resultam em parte no esgotamento profissional que está relacionada a fatores intrínseco e extrínseco do ambiente de trabalho. Ressalta o ambiente hostil que corrobora para o crescimento de sentimentos frustrantes e negativos sobre si, pois, a síndrome os faz ficar cronicamente exaustos, se distanciam mentalmente, emocionalmente e socialmente do trabalho e perdem a confiança do impacto produtivo de seus trabalhos. Considerações Finais: reforça que a insatisfação salarial e profissional, o sofrimento mental está crescendo a cada novo estudo, instigando o novo olhar direcionado a satisfação do trabalhador da enfermagem.
