Abstract
L’histoire des quartiers de Belvédère et Mutuelleville à Tunis témoigne de la richesse architecturale de l’époque coloniale marquée par des transformations paysagères majeures. Cet article explore la complexité de ce patrimoine, peu à peu appropriés par les Tunisiens, et les défis qu’il représente aujourd’hui en termes de préservation. À partir de ces deux études de cas, il souligne notamment l’existence de possibles tensions entre conservation et développement contemporain.
