Abstract
A definição de Paisagem Cultural no país é preposição recente dentro da temática preservacionista, onde, inicialmente, pode ser compreendida como restrita às questões de patrimônio cultural, porém tem em sua essência, a busca pela proteção da interação do homem com o meio natural, em acordo com as ODS da ONU. A Portaria IPHAN nº. 127/2009, regulamenta a Paisagem Cultural no Brasil, para fins de possibilitar mais uma forma de ser trabalhada esta temática, baseada em experiências internacionais, promovidas pela UNESCO desde 1992. Paisagem Cultural Brasileira é definida por uma porção peculiar do território nacional, representativa do processo de interação do homem com o meio natural, à qual a vida e a ciência humana imprimiram marcas ou atribuíram valores. Considerando sua interdisciplinaridade e agilidade de implementação, serão possíveis ações de preservação e gestão em do prol meio ambiente, bem como a promoção de ações de caráter social e econômico, através da exploração turística de paisagens ambientais de forma sustentável por moradores de determinada localidade, tornando-se ferramenta de proteção ambiental com capacidade de aprimorar a relação homem e natureza de forma equilibrada.
