Abstract
Arnaud Litou est manager de la performance paralympique à l’Agence nationale du sport (ANS), en France, depuis deux ans. Son parcours est assez atypique : après avoir été passionné de sport, il s’est installé au Canada pendant dix-huit ans, où il fut d’abord entraîneur (auprès d’athlètes en individuel), puis vacataire pour la Fédération canadienne de cyclisme. Investi dans les championnats du monde de paracyclisme organisés au Canada, il en prend ensuite la direction et se forme autour du projet paralympique. De retour en France, il devient manager de la performance paralympique et travaille actuellement pour les Jeux olympiques de Paris 2024. Nous avons souhaité le rencontrer pour échanger sur cette expérience unique.
