AnamneseDie Alarmierung des Rettungsdiensts erfolgte durch die Tagesmutter eines 18 Monate alten Jungen aufgrund einer inkompletten Atemwegsverlegung durch einen Schnuller.Der Junge bekam plötzlich keine Luft mehr, da der Schnuller sich komplett im Pharynx verkantet hatte.Die Tagesmutter nahm den Jungen unverzüglich in Kopftieflage, konnte den Schnuller aber nicht bergen.Daher versuchte sie den Schnuller behelfsmäßig mit dem Zeigefinger zu fixieren, um ein tieferes Eindringen zu verhindern.
