Notas sobre o processo de autocriação permanente do neoliberalismo: do projeto econômico à nova racionalidade destrutiva

Abstract
Neste artigo, propomos uma análise do neoliberalismo a partir do princípio da totalidade, de tal forma que possamos transitar entre aspectos políticos, econômicos, sociais e subjetivos, endossando a tese de Dardot e Laval (2016), de que se trata de uma nova racionalidade que se estrutura na ação dos governantes e na própria forma de ser e viver dos governados. Para o seu desenvolvimento, recorremos ao materialismo histórico-dialético como perspectiva teórico-metodológica, e ao estudo de obras nacionais e internacionais que têm apreendido criticamente a atual conjuntura sócio-histórica como totalidade contraditória. Os resultados apontam para um processo de autocriação permanente do neoliberalismo, que se espraia sobre a totalidade das relações sociais, fragiliza e disciplina corpos e mentes por meio da captura das subjetividades e desejos, como ferramenta de controle. Na conclusão, abordamos quatro elementos a serem considerados em eventuais pesquisas sobre o tema.
