A 5.7-7.2 GHz Receiver Front-End with Improved Harmonic Selection Using a 6-Phase Non-Overlapped Clocking System
Bibliographic record
Abstract
An RF wideband harmonic selection receiver front-end using multi-phase non-overlapping LO clocks based on a delay locked loop (DLL) is presented to provide programmable notches at any undesired LO harmonics. The proposed receiver front-end uses a non-overlapped clocking scheme that tunes the duty cycle to select the third harmonic of the switching frequency while suppressing the other LO harmonics, especially the first. Third harmonic selection rather than the fundamental reduces the required input frequency of the multi-phase clock generator at higher frequencies. The 5.7 -7.2 GHz clock-based receiver front-end is implemented in a 65 nm CMOS process and provides a post-layout simulated harmonic rejection ratio of 77 dB for the first LO harmonic. The front-end exhibits a noise figure of 4.9dB at a baseband frequency of 90 MHz for a 5.7GHz RF input signal.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
