L’expérience des soins et services occupe une place de plus en plus grande au sein des organisations de santé. Influencé par le mouvement axé sur le partenariat-patient·e, ce changement de paradigme incite à prioriser les intérêts et les besoins des usagers·ères en les impliquant dans l’amélioration des soins et services. Mais comment les usagers·ères de services peuvent-ils et elles contribuer à conceptualiser ce que constituent des soins de qualité? Dans le cadre de notre recherche, un dispositif de co-design a été mis sur pied afin de développer collectivement des outils pour monitorer la qualité des soins et services périnataux reçus par des parents ayant eu une expérience d’accouchement en milieu hospitalier. Cet article présente les résultats de l’évaluation du dispositif de co-design qui a été utilisé.
