Abstract
Remaja merupakan aset penting bagi suatu bangsa untuk dapat melanjutkan cita-cita bangsa membangun Indonesia. Namun saat ini masih banyak permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi remaja Indonesia salah satunya permasalahan kesehatan mental remaja. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan survei menurut Indonesia National Adolescent Mental Health Survey (I-NAMHS) yang menunjukkan bahwa 1 dari 3 remaja Indonesia memiliki masalah kesehatan mental. Angka tersebut setara dengan 15,5 juta remaja yang mengalaminya. Diperlukan sebuah program yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepedulian remaja terhadap isu kesehatan mental. Program ini dilaksanakan di SMK Puspita Medika Kota Depok yang menyasar siswa kelas 11 dan 12 yang dikhawatirkan rentan terhadap gangguan mental. Program ini dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali pertemuan dengan jumlah peserta yang hadir adalah 37 orang pada pertemuan pertama dan 38 orang pada pertemuan kedua. Pertemuan pertama membahas terkait “Get to Know: Mental Health” dan pertemuan kedua membahas terkait “Take Care of Your Body and Mind” sekaligus terdapat sesi relaksasi dengan memberikan afirmasi positif kepada peserta. Hasil program sosialisasi menunjukkan peningkatan dalam hal pengetahuan mengenai isu kesehatan mental serta merawat tubuh dan pikiran merupakan bentuk mencintai diri sendiri. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil skor pretest ke post-test yang mengalami peningkatan skor.
