A intenção do presente artigo é colocar em perspectiva as noções de“Capitalismo de Desastre” (Klein, 2007), “Feitiçaria Capitalista” (Stengers & Pignarre, 2018)com a noção desenvolvida por mim junto aos Kaiowá e Guarani, durante a minha pesquisade mestrado (Octaviano, 2024), que versa sobre as violências promovidas pela ocupaçãocolonial do modo de vida dos brancos – Karaí Reko Kuera, traduzida por ara piraguai quepode ser entendida como uma forma de feitiçaria dos brancos- os karaí contra os modos deexistência Kaiowá e Guarani em Mato Grosso do Sul. Tais conceitos de desastre e feitiçariacapitalistas estão inscritos sob a insígnia de um projeto de gestão do capitalismo pretendidopor uma suposta “racionalidade neoliberal” (Dardot & Laval, 2018) que define as agendas docapitalismo periférico brasileiro, marcado majoritariamente pela exportação de commodities,que incide violentamente sobre os territórios Kaiowá e Guarani em Mato Grosso do Sul,provocando profundas alterações nas paisagens sociocosmológicas destes povos. Portanto,viso refletir os efeitos desse capitalismo feiticeiro e, ao mesmo período, de desastre,visualizados pelo ato recursivo supostamente racional da governamentalidade neoliberal(Foucault, 2004) sobre os Kaiowá e Guarani, e suas formas de ação política porreconhecimento (Honneth, 2003).
