Abstract
Cet article met en exergue un dispositif organisationnel conçu pour deux objectifs principaux : d’une part, l’amélioration et la prévention des problèmes de santé mentale au travail en renforçant le pouvoir d’agir individuel et collectif du personnel enseignant sur l’organisation du travail au sein de leur établissement scolaire; d’autre part, l’intervention transformatrice sur les contraintes découlant de l’organisation du travail générant des situations de travail à risque pour le personnel enseignant. Il porte sur une étude de cas et présente l’implantation du dispositif organisationnel dans une école spécifique du Québec. Il expose l’architecture et le cadre du dispositif, les acteurs impliqués et leur rôle respectif, la description et l’évaluation du processus d’implantation ainsi que les résultats observés.
