Abstract
Cet article propose une immersion dans la fonction communication interne telle qu’elle s’exerce post Covid-19, en tant qu’elle devient une fonction réflexive, investissant les débats qui animent la société, se posant ainsi comme un pôle d’engagement autour de la raison d’être des entreprises. L’article s’appuie sur l’analyse de discours du site de l’AFCI et donne la parole aux acteurs de la fonction qui travaillent à sa redéfinition à partir de ces multiples enjeux, ayant à cœur de concilier cohésion des salariés, organisation du travail et engagement sociétal, Ce triple positionnement fait de la communication interne une fonction structurante et essentielle, tournée vers l’horizon du sens au travail.
