Abstract
Cet article explore le rôle de la communication interne en temps de crise, notamment, sa capacité à faciliter la prise de décision et à assurer la continuité des missions professionnelles. L’analyse des interactions de trois fonctionnaires du gouvernement canadien durant la crise de la Covid-19 révèle plusieurs typifications et prédicats entravant le processus décisionnel. Pour surmonter ce blocage, les acteurs internes construisent, temporisent et activent au moment opportun une marge d’action communicationnelle afin d’étirer le temps et de débloquer le processus décisionnel. Cet article souligne le rôle fondamental de la communication interne en gestion de crise et discute son manque de reconnaissance organisationnelle.
