Abstract
O artigo busca trazer esclarecimento de como a Reforma Trabalhista foi facilmente aceita pela sociedade, mesmo tendo em seu bojo claros prejuízos à classe trabalhadora. Buscar demonstrar que as circunstâncias estratégicas das políticas neoliberais são um propósito essencial para entender como a racionalidade neoliberal se tornou uma coerência global. Para isto o artigo se divide em 4 pontos, que desenvolvem como o neoliberalismo criou um projeto político e global. Para isto o artigo se valeu especialmente das contribuições dos autores Christian Laval e Pierre Dardot. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida com base no método teórico/dedutivo, a partir da análise de obras doutrinárias e artigos científicos.
