Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara loneliness (kesepian) dan religiusitas dengan quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa rantau. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah pada hubungan antara loneliness dan religiusitas dengan quarter life crisis yang dialami individu. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 212 responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari skala quarter life crisis, loneliness, dan religiusitas. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa loneliness berhubungan negatif dengan quarter life crisis, yang berarti semakin tinggi tingkat kesepian, semakin rendah tingkat quarter life crisis yang dialami. Sebaliknya, religiusitas ditemukan memiliki hubungan positif dengan quarter life crisis, yang menunjukkan bahwa individu dengan tingkat religiusitas yang lebih tinggi cenderung mengalami quarter life crisis yang lebih besar. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memperdalam pemahaman mengenai dinamika yang terkait dengan quarter life crisis dan memberikan wawasan untuk pengembangan intervensi psikologis bagi individu yang mengalaminya.
